Lux Apartment is a bright, west-facing flat on the first floor of a modern building on the Leith waterfront, recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard. Two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a generous open-plan living space and a big private terrace looking out over the water — comfortable for a couple, a family or a small group.
It's a proper smart home: multi-room Alexa, smart lighting and heating, a 50-inch smart TV, and superfast Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with speciality teas and Italian coffee, and there's a double sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.
You're opposite the Port of Leith and Ocean Terminal, with the Royal Yacht Britannia five minutes away and the Shore's award-winning restaurants a short walk. The tram and buses stop right outside, so the Old Town, the Castle and the whole city are within easy reach — and parking is free straight outside the door.
