You'll have the whole flat to yourself, and the huge west-facing terrace with it. It's a bright, self-catering apartment on the first floor in Leith, recently refurbished and decorated to very high standards, opposite the Port of Leith and Ocean Terminal — a five-minute walk from the Royal Yacht Britannia. It sleeps up to six: a super-king bed in the main bedroom, a king in the second, and a double sofa bed in the living room.

It's comprehensively equipped — the kitchen has an oven, gas hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, and a pressure cooker, steamer, pots and pans, with a complimentary selection of speciality teas and Italian coffee, and oil, salt and sugar for cooking. There's a bathroom with a large bath and shower, and the main bedroom's en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes.
