A bright waterfront flat

Lux Apartment is a west-facing first-floor flat on the Leith shore, recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard. Two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a generous open-plan living space and a big private terrace — comfortable for a couple, a family or a small group, and set up so you can settle straight in.

It's a proper smart home, with multi-room Alexa, smart lighting and heating and a 50-inch smart TV, and one of the most loved homes on Airbnb according to guests.

The terrace and the view

To the front, a big west-facing private terrace with garden furniture looks out across the water to the Port of Leith and the cruise terminal — the spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink. “As someone who loves to travel, I know how much it means to arrive somewhere that feels warm, thoughtful, and truly comfortable. That's why I've created a space that's not just a place to stay but a home you'll actually want to come back to at the end of the day.”

Ask me about getting around, where to eat on the Shore, or what's worth seeing while you're here, and I'll point you in the right direction.
